About Centro

The About Centro page (shown as Versions in the settings navigation) is a read-only overview of your deployment. Use it to confirm which version of each Centro component is running, and to see a quick summary of what the current tenant contains.

There is nothing to configure here — it is a status page you check, most often when raising a support request or verifying an upgrade.

Component versions

The page reports the version of each part of the Centro system:

  • API — the backend engine.
  • Frontend — the admin dashboard you are looking at.
  • Web App — the guest-facing webapp.
  • Libraries — the shared Centro plugin and integration libraries.

When you contact support, quote these versions so the team knows exactly what you are running.

Tenant summary

Below the versions, a set of summary cards counts the main objects in the current tenant — for example Locations, UI Layouts, Dashboard Layouts, Users (online and total), Wallets, Connectors, Touchpanels and Centro Properties, along with the tenant locale and media library usage.

Use it as a health check: an unexpected count — no connectors, zero UI layouts — is often the first sign that something needs attention.

note

The version figures are cached and refresh a few minutes after an upgrade, so a newly deployed version can take a short while to appear here.
