Apaleo integration​

Apaleo is a cloud hotel property management system (PMS). Centro's Apaleo integration keeps Centro in step with your Apaleo property: reservations and guests flow from Apaleo into Centro automatically, so a booking made in Apaleo becomes a Centro stay — the model behind guest check-in, room keys and the Centro app — without anyone re-keying it.

The sync is one-way, from Apaleo into Centro. Centro reads from your Apaleo property; it doesn't write changes back to Apaleo.

What syncs​

ReservationA stay, with its arrival and departure dates, status and Apaleo reservation ID.
GuestA Centro guest — name, email and date of birth — linked to the stay.

Unit groupMapped to a Centro stay type.

Once a reservation has synced, its Apaleo details (reservation ID, property, unit group, unit and status) are shown on the stay record in Centro.

Read-only Apaleo data (ARI)​

Alongside reservation sync, the integration gives Centro a read-only view of your Apaleo availability, rates and inventory (ARI), shown as tabs on the Apaleo settings page:

  • Availability — availability for a chosen date range.
  • Rate plans — your rate plans, as a configuration list or a price view.
  • Unit groups and Units — your Apaleo inventory, which you map to Centro locations and stay types.

This data is read from Apaleo for reference and mapping. Centro doesn't change rates or availability in Apaleo.

Scope and limits​

  • One-way sync. Data flows from Apaleo into Centro only. Changes made in Centro aren't sent back to Apaleo.
  • Reservations and guests. Reservation and guest updates are what Centro tracks as bookings change.
  • ARI is read-only. Availability, rates and inventory are shown for reference and mapping, not edited from Centro.
  • Not synced. Apaleo bills, payments and folios aren't brought into Centro. Ordering in Centro is handled by Centro's own ordering.
