You’ll learn how to align the look and feel of your workspace, staff dashboards, and end-user interfaces so that every interaction reflects your brand.

Hi everyone, and welcome to Centro.

My name is Jerry.

In this video, I'll show you how to personalize your brand identity,

style, and messaging across your Centro digital engagement platform.

From your workspace and staff dashboards to your end user interfaces, we'll make

sure your branding is consistent, clear, and impactful at every touch point

. First, let's focus on ensuring your workspace correctly represents

your company branding and identity.

Let's navigate to brand and identity settings.

Here you can set the logo, colors, and images associated with your brand in

the logo section, click upload image.

Choose your logo file.

For example, switch from a white version to a dark version,

depending on your UI theme.

Color settings, update your primary color to match your brand.

For example, change it to a custom blue or your brand color.

You can set multiple colors and tones depending on your brand

guidelines and application needs.

Now let's customize

your page title and favicon scroll to the page, title and favicon sections.

Update the page title to reflect your company brand name

example, Centro Hotel.

Upload a favicon, ICO or PNG, that matches your brand and click save.

Note, these updates will be visible in browser tabs and bookmarks.

Notice that all the changes were made to your workspace.

Now let's take a closer look at how you can align your staff dashboards

with your company identity.

In Centro, your staff experience begins with your brand by customizing

elements like your login page photo, your logo, your colors and slogan.

You'll help your team start each day with clarity, purpose

and a consistent company image.

From the settings panel.

Navigate to workspace in the main menu, select brand and identity.

Then select the dashboard tab.

This section is where you manage branding specifically for your internal

users, your staff and administrators.

Scroll to the authentication page section.

This is where you control the background visuals your staff sees.

When logging in,

click upload image, a file selector will open.

Choose your files.

You can upload up to four images in PNG JPEG and SVG format.

Your uploaded background images will automatically appear on the login screen.

Now, let's add a positioning statement or a slogan.

Scroll to the quote and slogan section.

Here, you can insert a powerful quote or brand statement or a company's slogan.

For example, 'Empowering hospitality with Centro' or, 'Great service

starts with great people'.

You can also use Centro properties to personalize the message dynamically.

Insert the property 'slogan', this will be changed automatically to, 'let's

make every stay memorable' as example.

Finally, you can set the appearance of your workspace dashboard.

You can select a predefined theme, colors and scheme, or you can personalize

one to match your brand and colors.

Next, we'll cover app branding for your end users and guests

personalizing the front-end experience.

This is where you ensure your brand resonates with everyone

interacting with Centro.

Whether you are a boutique hotel or a high-end residence centro helps

you turn every interaction into a branded experience From the admin

dashboard, go to Workspace Brand and Identity, then select app.

This section controls the look and feel of the public facing web app

upload your public brand logo.

For example, your hotel residence or development brand.

We're going to upload a custom background image to.

Reflect your property style or brand.

For example, a lobby photo, a skyline or a brand lifestyle image.

Update the primary color to match your visual identity.

Finally, we're going to add a welcome message or a positioning statement

in your title header and subtitle.

In the messaging or header and subtitle field, insert a short, compelling tag

line or positioning statement like, 'Welcome to Effortless Living', 'Luxury

made simple', 'Your stay your way'.

You can use a predefined Centro property such as slogan or hotel

name, for example, enter the word.

Welcome to, followed by the Centro Property Hotel name.

This message will reflect on your entire Centro branded app experience.

This is what every user, guest, or resident will see when they

access the Centro platform.
